Just to say a big thankyou for the lovely teddy bear cake you made for us for Susans 40th birthday last week. Sue was over the moon with it when she saw it and all the family thought it was great too. Trouble is you make them so lovely it is a shame to cut them up. Thank you once again

I have to say you've excelled yourself again. The Hello Kitty cake was amazing and as for the Thomas the Tank Engine cake; well, myself & Adam both agree that it's got to be the best yet! Thankyou so much for Daniel's cake. It was wonderful and very well received. Daniel kept having to go into the kitchen for another look. The lady organising Daniel's party, said it was the best cake she had seen. Can't wait for the next birthday, thankyou again xx

Just to say once again you had everyone in stiches but speechless at the same time with the cake. My dad loved it & a photo of the model you made of him is going on facebook. I want to thankyou for making me such a beautiful, in EVERY WAY cake for our 60th wedding anniversary! I have to say I have never tasted such a cake, it was so moist and fresh, in fact it still is; melts in the mouth and makes everyone want more! And the decoration.. it was so lovely, much more than we ever expected. My daughter-in-law must have had a highly polished crystal ball to have found a cake-maker such as you. An absolute gem! I love icing and almond paste as much as the filling! The decoration was quite unexpected, so delicate it looks like real flowers. I could have put them in water but instead I've put them in a small plastic box and put it in my china cabinet for all to view and enjoy.
Thankyou once again and I will never be able to thank my daughter-in-law enough for it! I thank the day she found you, it was "the icing on our day".
